2. The service
Sun Ration estimates the solar potential of a building from satellite and cartographic data (including the Google Solar API). All results are informational estimates only — they are not an engineering survey, not investment advice and not a guarantee of actual energy production or savings. Always consult a qualified installer before making decisions.
3. Account
Creating a project requires an account (e-mail registration or Google sign-in). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.
4. Payments
The full report for a project is unlocked after a one-time payment processed by PayPal; the price and currency are shown before payment. The paid report is delivered immediately for the selected project.
5. Refunds
The report is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. If something went wrong (e.g. the report did not open or the data is clearly faulty), contact us at [email protected] within 14 days — we will fix the problem or refund the payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its design and software belong to the Operator or its licensors. Your paid report is for your personal use; map and solar data remain subject to the respective providers' terms (Google).
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the estimates or for temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Final provisions
Polish law applies. We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and contact us regarding your account.
