2. What data we collect
- Account data — name and e-mail address, provided during registration or received from Google when you sign in with Google.
- Calculation data — the address or map coordinates of a building and the energy consumption values you enter.
- Payment data — payments are processed by PayPal; we receive only a payment confirmation and never see your card details.
- Technical data — IP address, browser information and cookies, including Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
We process data to provide the service and fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), to send transactional e-mails, to analyse and improve the service based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), and for analytics/marketing cookies based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Third parties
Data is shared with processors that make the service work: Google (sign-in, Maps and Solar API, Analytics), Meta (Pixel), PayPal (payments) and MailerSend (e-mail delivery). Some providers may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Account and project data are stored while your account exists and afterwards only as long as required by law (e.g. accounting records). Analytics data is stored for the periods set by the respective tools.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing; you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
7. Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking analytics cookies does not affect the core service.
